Make
sure you are thoroughly warmed up before starting the routine. You
should hit failure between 6-8 reps, if you can get more than 8
the weight is too light, less than 6 it's too heavy. I do partials
after failure until the weight won't move another inch.
Neutral Grip Pullups
2 sets to failure
Bent
over rows
2 x 6-8
Dumbbell
Rows
2 x 6-8
Reverse
Grip Pulldown
2 x 6-8
Dumbbell
Pullover
1 x 6-8
That's
it. It doesn't seem like much, but if you put you soul into every
set and go until the weight won't move an inch, you pound the back.
Remember to maintain good form.
