Everyone,
I
am also continuing with the supersetting theme. This is one of my
workouts, but please do what you need to do to tailor it for your
needs.
Warm up-your choice
All
sets and exercises are done for 3 sets x 12-15 reps, except where
explained*. I move in a very focused, efficient, stick to business
manner. There is a good amount to get done here. There is variety,
within the consistency. You choose your pounds. Have a go at it!
Chin
ups
I
alternate close, medium and wide grip and use the assisted bar :D
Superset:
Incline DB Press w/ DB Rows
Superset:
Pec Deck*w/ Wide Grip Pull Down
*Do 10 reps full range, then stop 3/4 at the top pulsate for 5 reps
and on the last rep, hold it till you cant. Great burn! That's one
set. Usually,I do this on the Reverse Pec Dec.
Superset:
Cable Crossovers w/ Seated Lat Row
DB
Bent Arm Pullovers
I do these last. Focused and steady - provides for a nice stretch
also.
I
generally end all my workouts with stretching for 10-20 minutes.
